Well, i got up at 7:30am to take the Biology final... that kinda sucked... a lot. I came back and slept till noon though. My last final is Thursday... So i'll have to wait around here till then. I wanna go home!! I have a safety training meeting at work tomorrow. It's two hours long... at least I get paid for it though. I have no idea what my grades are in any of my classes... I hope they're not too bad. Yeah, it's supposedly quiet hours all day... but our floor doesn't seem to do that... ever. Oh well... It's almost Christmas!! :-)

Well, I've only been up since 10am, but today already feels like a LONG day!! I have a Chemistry test at 1:00, and a Math test at 3:15. Yeah, that's lovely. I studied all day yesterday and this morning, but I think I have as much info in my head as it will hold... so i don't know what any more studying will do, i'm afraid some of it will pop out again... However after my Math test I'll have to erase everything so I can study Biology. That test is tomorrow morning at 8:00. I haven't even looked at that stuff yet. Gahh... i hate finals, my last final is Spanish on Thursday. Then I'm DONE! w00t!~ That'll be great.

Finals week suck. I never studied so much in my whole life. I can not wait until this semester is over so I can sit on my ass and eat cheetos all day for a good month. I hope next semester goes by faster than it did this semester. The weather is starting to kick in and I got a good taste of what Fargo winter is like. I hope everyone will come back in one piece for next semester, for myself too. Well I am going to snow some throwballs.

I just arrived back home from a Christmas Party. It started at 5:30 and I thought for sure it would have been over by 7:30. Two hours of studying lost. I am so cold and I know what is going to happen. I will curl up on the couch under a nice cozy blanket. The next thing I will remember is waking up on the couch in the morning., having accomplished no studying. I guess my only option is to freeze for alittle while longer. I MUST study tonight!

So I was outside this weekend throwing snowballs at some friends when a cop came by. He was serious. He got out of his car and shined a flashlight in my face and told us to go inside and not throw "missiles" at cars. I tried to explain to him that we were throwing them at each other but he rudely interrupted me and "said" he was asking me nicely and I should go inside. Well, I tried telling him again that we were not throwing them at cars. This seemed to piss him off because he threatened me with a $150 citation. It worked though because I ran inside.

I just got home forty-five minutes ago from a Christmas party. I am still shivering from the cold. I know I have some major studying to do tonight. I know I will try and get warm under a cozy blanket, and find myself waking up on the couch, having accomplished no studying. I guess I will have to tough it out and freeze for alittle while longer. My mind wonders and I will find myself having an entire page read, but having no recollection of what the material covered. I then have to slowly re-read the entire page so I understand everything. Even though I have been talking about going home, like, ALL the time, during this time of the year, it really sucks being an athlete. We leave for Florida on Saturday, then get 4 days off for the holidays. We have to be back up here for about a week, by ourselves, in the dorms, all alone, then leave again and don't return until classes start again. I mean, it's fun hanging with the team, but when you practically live with them 6 months out of the year, the "bubble" of space tends to grow in size. All I want is one day where there is nothing to think about or worry about or have something to stress out about in it. Just one day.

I am taking a break from studying. I think I got about 2 minutes worth in. Music theory. How do you study for a music theory class? I have totally taken the "I don't care" approach and I will be more than happy when quiet hours in the dorms are over.

How can a semester go by so fast, yet so slow??? This weekend has dragged on and I'm sure this week will go by even slower. The last week before a break is a salvation, why must it go by like molassis? Only two finals left. One test. No papers. Hurry, hurry, hurry. I can't wait to visit with my family and friends.

Hey guys? How's everyone's studying going? I haven't been on this thing forever. A few of my friends and I headed up to my cabin this weekend to get some serious studying done.. let's just say that we had a little to much fun and had a hard time concentrating on anything but recovering. Oh well, tomorrow all I have is my math final and then I'm done with it all and going home. I can't wait, but I better START studying.. hope everyone got all their blogs done and has a great break.

Vikings? Who watches the Vikings? You should be watching the Packers. Sorry, I'm a Wisconsinite, it has to be said. I'll have to agree that the superbowl is fun to watch for the comercials instead of the football...sometimes. Even though my Packers probably won't make it there, there better be some kind of game on that day.

So, who thinks Tice will be back to coach the Vikings next year? They are really killing me when it comes to my football pool. It's a good thing I am a bigger Broncos fan than a Viking fan. Of course the Broncos aren't doing so hot either after losing to Oakland and San Diego. I guess I will be watching the Superbowl for the commercials again this year. Oh the life of a football fan.

Well I just got done watching the Vikings! Now I'm extremely pissed! I mean, who the hell calls a reverse pass with two minutes to go on the 20 yard line. I mean seriously!! Now I'm watching the Packers, and hoping to god they lose. They are playing the Lions though so I doubt that will happen! It's hard being a Minnesota sports fan!!

The Last Week!!

It is hard to believe that the first semester of college is almost over. Finals week is this week and I am not looking forward to it. Many people are done by Tuesday and Wednesday, but I have to stay until Friday. My tests don't even start until Wednesday. I would like to get out of here and have an extra long break, but I guess I have the advantage of having this long weekend. I like the idea that many classes allow one test to be thrown out so if you do well on all the tests up unitl the final, you can skip the final. I also like that some of the classes are only using chapter tests for the finals an not accumulative tests.

I figured the chances of me forgetting to do it tomorrow were quite high, so here I am. Well, happy holidays. I am really looking forward to spring break this year. It's going to be awesome. I can't wait to visit Norway again. I guess I just got my tickets today, mailed to my house. I got to choose my seats on each flight, which is pretty cool. I actually got the ones that I wanted, too. Oh yeah! Window seats on all the flights, in seats without a "wing view." Now I just hope some big person doesn't sit next to me or something. Oh well, I will probably sleep anyway.

Hey, I went to see Ocean's Twelve with a few friends yesterday, and it was one of the best movies I have seen in a while. It was pretty good. If you enjoyed Ocean's Eleven, I think you'll like this one. The weather is strange. We have a lot of snow here, but where I am from, which is about 180 miles south and east of here, there is just a dusting. Highs this next week are supposed to be around 35 I guess. That's crazy. Funny how it can be so different in a relatively close place.

This is an activity that I can safely say girls have over guys. I am a guy as you all know, and I think I can vouch for a lot of guys out there when I say I can't exactly wrap a mean present. It's not hard I know, but it doesn't matter how tight I pull the sides together and the amount of tape I use, the darn thing still doesn't turn out. So, I have to resort to taking some ideas, so if there are any gift wrapping pros out there, please pass some tips on this way. It would be greatly appreciated.

Christmas Shopping
Christmas I have to say is by far my favorite holiday of the year. It's the time where you get together with loved ones and have a good time. This is in part due to the exchanging of gifts, but you can't give a gift if you haven't bought a gift. Good thing for me I have that covered, I actually had thattaked care of about a month ago now. I decided to buy everyone NDSU apparel when it was 25% off. Now all that is left is wrapping, which I am not looking forward to.

Well, I am getting alittle late start. I just started Christmas shopping today. I still haven't started Christmas baking yet. It just seems that for some reason Christmas is awfully early this year, or I am really behind. I still have two finals left on Tues. and tons more shopping to get done! Oh, well the shopping will just have to wait until after Tues. Too much to do..too little time.

Has anyone played the new Halo 2? My buddy picked it up the day it came out at midnight. It's the most addicting game I've ever played. We'll sometimes sit around and put in over six hours at a time playing it. The best part about it is that you can play over a LAN, so you can play against people in all the dorms. I've you havn't tried it out, you should!

I just got back from my high school's wrestling tournament a little while ago. I'm pretty sure we ended up winning, but I didn't stick around for the end. We had four total champions, and six guys in the finals. Only two of our guys didn't place. Overall it was a really fun trip, but tiring. I'll hopefully be going to another tourney next weekend.

Hey, how is everyones weekend going? Mine is going pretty good, but tonight is kind of boring. I plan on just studying for my chemistry final which is Monday at 8 am! Smokey and the Bandit is a great movie. My roommate and I are watching it. Why? I don't know. I just don't feel like going to bed. It's so nice to be done with some of my classes, but now I have finals, so that sucks. A friend of mine gets to leave on Tuesday afternoon, but I have to stay until the very last final that I know of. I have a test from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on Friday. I also have another one Friday morning and one on Thursday morning. I really should study, but I know how that will go. I will probably put it off and try to avoid doing it. Oh well, I gotta start studying sometime. I suppose it might as well be sooner than later.

Tomorow I'm going to go to Barret, MN to watch some wrestling. I'm going to go watch my High School team wrestle from Greenbush. They are pretty good, they are ranked 5th in the state in class A. I've always followed the wretling program really close, even though I didn't wrestle myself. But I suppose, hope everyone has a great weekend.

Well I went to Grand Forks yesterday, had a pretty good time. On the way there the roads were absolutely terrible, I thought I was going to die. We passed this one car, and after we passed them they lost control and hit the ditch. That was pretty wild to see! Well I'm going to get on my way, I'll talk to you later.

Yes believe it or not I'm up at 4 in the morning. Why? I really dont know. Have i dont anything with all this time i would be using for sleep? Well let me think, I helped out my best friend, finished a paper, played solitaire, wrote some emails, checked my email a million and one times, talk to a guy that i dont really know and told him what do with this life, talked to my boyfriend and as i do every night tell him how much i love him. Humm, if you put it that way I've done a thing or two tonight.

I was that guy today. I had my portfolio done and forget to hand it in by 5. It takes shear stupidity to forget to hand it in. And it will not stop snowing. I am a summer boy and want my summer to come here. You could say I had a rough day today, but who doesnt. Well, hope to see some of you in my class next semester.

Procrastination
Looking back at this semester, I can recall numerous times I had an assignment due the next day and I finished it in the nick of time. The most memorable was trying to finish both my english portfolio and my bio lab write-up. I managed to turn in both with just under a half an hour to spare. I have learned procrastination can sometimes be good from a girl named Ellen. Heck, I even wrote a poem about procrsatination and the funny thing was it turned out pretty darn good. So don't worry if your assignment isn't done and it's due the next day, cause it'll get done.

Hello everyone. I just want to wish everyone good luck on their finals. I can not believe that it is already over. It makes me so happy. Also I am glad to see that it is just finally snowing out. I cant believe that we only had to walk in the snow to class for one week. I thought usuually it is almost a month of class that we have snow. Now all we have to wait for is next sememster to roll around. I don't know if any of you guys like to shovel. Well I do. Today I shoveled a whole church parking lot for fun. Ok well not just for fun, see the school I work at is under construction so they moved us to a church till the school is done, and the kids today were really hyper from it snowing so I didnt really want to be inside with them today so that is why I shoveled. Well that is really all I got to say I need to go and shower so I can head off to the wrestling meet. You guys should all go and support the bison. Maybe I will see you guys around campus sometime.

It's SNOWING!! Yippie!! I'm so excited for the snow. Except it kinda sucked walking to and from work in the slush. So i started working on my English portfolio yesterday afternoon, and I finished it this morning... I'm so good at procrastinating!! It's what I do best. ;-) I spent 3 hours at work today numbering Petri dishes... ugh... It's for their rice research stuff. Yep, I work at the Bioscience Research Lab... it's the Red roofed building right by the R parking lot. Most of the time i water plants in the greenhouses. It's a pretty good job.

Well I have a whole week off to do absolutely nothing but study! Which is definetely not going to happen, because that would totally suck. I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do though around here! I found out we have quiet hours for the whole fricken week too!! That retarded!! I'm also a little cheesed off that both of my finals are on Friday so I can't get out of this place earlier!! GRRRRR!!

Finally, more snow!! I went walking outside today, and it brought a tear to my eye. I havn't been this happy for awhile! I hope we get a huge storm soon and get a good couple feet of snow, so I can get my snowmobile out. I'm really excited I can't wait!

Well, I just returned for my last class. Is it just me or did this semester go by really fast? I dropped my portfolio off on the way to my car. I went into class, not snowing. Come out one hour later and wham.... it's snowing. I guess that's why my mom hates me driving to her house in the winter because the weather can turn bad in a matter of minutes. Happy studying!

So, have you ever had one of those days where you just don't want to talk to anyone... since the moment you awoke. I woke up this morning anti-social at about 11:30. I read an IM from my friends to meet them for lunch but I decided not to. I just don't feel like talking and putting up a face right now.

Chior in 5 minutes..I don't feel like going and singing and chitchatting with the pepole. I want to stay in my room and be alone. I'm not in a bad mood. I just wish I could have some solitary time.

I went curling on Sunday for the first time. It was AWESOME! I am on a team with 3 other guys, M@tix, Boomer, and Sis, who have never curled before as well. We learned the lingo. The House is the target, a slider is a tihng you put o your foot to slide around, the button is the middle of the target, the skip is like the master of the team, and a BonSpiel is a curling tourney. We are gonna bonspiel all the time and Dominate.

Hey, I don't know why, but last night I got the most sleep I have gotten in a long time, but I still feel tired. I got about 8 hours of sleep, but I have been dragging all day. I started off the morning getting up about 15 minutes before Calculus started at 8:00. I ended up skipping it when I realized I would be 15 minutes late, or more. It was just review anyway. Oh well. I worked from 1:00 to 9:00 today, first driving bus and then washing the Moorhead City Transit buses. I'll say it again, the snow sucks. The roads are just crappy. The salt and mud was thrown all the way to the top of the buses, all the way to the back. I got back at 9:30 and didn't feel motivated, so I will just have to finish some things up tomorrow instead. Oh well. I think I am going to go to bed and see if I feel better tomorrow.

Bla, bla, bla, bla, bla, bla - Bah Humbug. Only how many more days left? Earlier I stated I was not stressing about finals....well, I'd like to change my opinion on that. I think because everything in the surrounding atmosphere is rushing, my brain seems to think it should go full-load, pedal to the metal as well. Study for this test, then study for that test, which one is which, you ask? Not sure, I guess we'll find out when the results are in. If you're wondering, yes, yes I did just have an entrie conversation with myself. Bah!

OH the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful, but since there's no place to go...let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! I'm just listening to some Christmas music right now with my friend Jamie...she's dancing like a crazy woman, haha. We both should be studying and getting some work done, but there's only so much you can do in one night! I'm just waiting for finals to be over with so I can go home! I'm excited to get back home because my basketball coach wants me to practice with the girls and plus I get to see my friend Casey who is coming home from ORU in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she goes to school! Today in gymnastics was so awesome. I forgot to type this in my last blog I did. While coaching today we had 4 new kids get their flip flop. If you guys do not know what it is it is also called a back handspring. I was doing big tramp today and the kids were just doing so awesome. It always makes the days go by faster when the kids listen and they do things well. I hate when i have to yell at them to get going on what they are suppose to be doing or yell at them for not keeping their legs tight. It was just such an awesome day. Well I am out for the night it is time for me to go and take my food out of the oven and then go workout. I am sure I will type some more stuff tomorrow night. HAve fun studying for finals.

I HATE PHONES!!!! My stupid cellphone will not charge for me right now. Seriously, it says unable to charge and then when it says it is charging it really isn't. This is really starting to piss me off, and if it doesnt start to charge in like 3 min I am going to chuck it at the wall. Now it just shut off on me. GRR!! what in the world is wrong with it. I can't call anyone to help me either because my phone is going to die her any sec from not being charged. So on a good note, we are all done with english. It feels so good to be done with it and now all I have to do is go and drop off my portfolio tomorrow. Hope you guys are all done with them.
