So I was outside this weekend throwing snowballs at some friends when a cop came by. He was serious. He got out of his car and shined a flashlight in my face and told us to go inside and not throw "missiles" at cars. I tried to explain to him that we were throwing them at each other but he rudely interrupted me and "said" he was asking me nicely and I should go inside. Well, I tried telling him again that we were not throwing them at cars. This seemed to piss him off because he threatened me with a $150 citation. It worked though because I ran inside.

AHH YEE!
I went curling on Sunday for the first time. It was AWESOME! I am on a team with 3 other guys, M@tix, Boomer, and Sis, who have never curled before as well. We learned the lingo. The House is the target, a slider is a tihng you put o your foot to slide around, the button is the middle of the target, the skip is like the master of the team, and a BonSpiel is a curling tourney. We are gonna bonspiel all the time and Dominate.

One more day to teach. One more workshop this week. One more patch of papers, and they are group ones, and one batch of portfolios. Not too shabby. Next week'll be filled with holiday parties, a birthday party or two, and configuring grades grades grades.

I want to carol. We can become the masters of caroling. It's ok you got cut from the high school choir, I bet you have a glorious voice. We will be dominant. BING BONG, DING DONG, KING KONG! That is how you warm up your voice. I learned that in high school speech class. It's a good one. Try it and the screeching will go away.

I just watched some of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on TV. It is a great old-time show. Tran knows what I am talking about. I think the characters are dolls or something, it is cool. I remember watching that thing as a little kid. I still try to watch it every year. The snow monster guy is the best, he comes out all pissed off and hungry looking. I wish I could be him.
